Orders must be placed in writing, please ensure all required details are shown clearly to eliminate any error or omissions. Air Seating cannot be held responsible for customer errors or omissions.

Delivery of orders over £500 will be delivered free of charge to distributor premises or designated goods area. Orders under £500 may be subject to a delivery charge.

Delivery of orders can be made direct to the distributors customer.
A surcharge may be made, please contact Sales Office to confirm. Deliveries are normally made using Air Seating vehicles, please note in cases of direct delivery Air Seating require the distributor to supply manpower to help off loading the product.

We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation of orders except on terms which will indemnify us against loss.

Air Seating will at all times endeavour to deliver to quoted lead times. However the lead time is an estimate and under no circumstances will Air Seating be liable for loss due to delayed deliveries.

All sample chairs supplied will be invoiced on delivery. Providing the chair is returned within 14 days in perfect condition a full credit note will be raised. Any sample chair that requires a specific fabric or specification please contact the Sales Office.

Invoices are due for payment 30 days EOM from the date
of delivery. All goods remain the property of Air Seating until they have been paid for in full.

All Air Seating products provide a 5 year guarantee for chairs in normal 8 hour office use. The guarantee includes fabrics that are used according to the supplier’s recommendation for use and cleaning. Where chairs are used on a continuous 24 hour basis a 2 years guarantee is provided.
